

He was born in 1973 in Istanbul.
In 1984, he entered Istanbul Technical University Turkish Music State Conservatory Instrument Training Department. During the ten-year conservatory education, he studied keminçe with İhsan Özgen and graduated in 1994. He entered in 1990 and was the general art director of the state artist Prof.Dr. He served as a guest artist for seven years at the Ministry of Culture İstanbul State Classical Turkish Music Ensemble by Necdet Yaşar. He joined TRT Istanbul Radio in 1991 and became a member of the same institution in 2000. Alaaddin Yavaşça, Bekir Sıdkı Sezgin, Erol Deran, Niyazi Sayın, Mutlu Torun, İnci Çayırlı and Yavuz Özüstün found the opportunity to work with many great masters.
Since 1992, she has participated in many concerts in the countries like Sudan, Israel, Morocco and Lebanon with Kudsi Erguner. Kudsi Erguner's important projects were Islamic Blues, Ottomania, Ottoman Drums, La banda Allaturca and Taj Mahal. With Kudsi Erguner, he made an album called "Chemins" (Yollar) which was recorded and published in France. In 1996, he joined the famous violinist Sir Yehudi Menuhin's 80th birthday concert with Kudsi Erguner at the Sorbonne University in Paris.
